The CALIB directory contains several ASCII files with APXS measurements
of samples done with the flight instrument in a laboratory before launch.
The samples include chemical compounds and 11 geostandards.  Elemental
compositions of the geostandards are also provided.

The calibration data are provided in comma delimited files.  PDS labels
will be added to the archive when they are available.

CALINFO.TXT - This file.
APXS_CALIB_PLAN.PDF, .LBL - Document that describes the plan for
     testing and calibrating the APXS instrument.
APXS_SAMPLE_ANALYSES.CSV, .LBL - Composition data for 11 geostandards.
APXS_SAMPLE_LITERATURE.CSV, .LBL - Reference information for the 11
     geostandards.
APXS_DATA_REDUCTION.PDF, .HTM, .LBL - Document that describes the 
     generation of APXS derived data products, in PDF and HTML format.
     The PDS label describes both files. Images in the HTML document
     are stored in the subdirectory APXS_DATA_REDUCTION_FILES.
MER1_APXS_COMPOUNDS.CSV, .LBL - APXS data for sixteen compounds and
     other targets.
MER1_APXS_CALSPECTRA.CSV, .LBL - APXS data for 11 geostandards.
