The CATALOG directory contains mission, spacecraft (instrument host),
instrument, reference, personnel, and data set PDS catalog
objects for this archive. These are ASCII text files that are intended
to be read as documentation by users of the archive, and to be read by 
software to add information to the PDS catalog.
