The DOCUMENT directory contains the following documentation files.

DAN_RDR_SIS.PDF, DAN_RDR_SIS.HTM - The DAN RDR Software Interface
Specification, which describes the RDR data product in detail, along with an 
appendix that provides examples of PDS labels for DAN data products. 
This document is given in PDF and HTML formats. DAN_RDR_SIS.LBL is a PDS label 
that describes both the PDF and HTML files. The subdirectory 
DAN_RDR_SIS_FILES contains images linked in the HTML document.

DAN_ARCHIVE_VOL_SIS.PDF, DAN_ARCHIVE_VOL_SIS.HTM - The DAN RDR Archive 
Volume Software Interface Specification, which describes the contents and 
format of the complete archive, including data files, documentation, and
ancillary files. This document is given in PDF and HTML formats. 
DAN_ARCHIVE_VOL_SIS.LBL is a PDS label that describes both the PDF and HTML 
files. 

The HTML files are provided to comply with a PDS requirement that an ASCII 
version of documentation must be archived. The PDF versions of the documents 
are better formatted and easier to read; however, a user who prefers to read 
the HTML versions may open the HTML files in a web browser.

The DOCUMENT directory also contains a copy of the Planetary Science Data
Dictionary in the file PDSDD.FUL. It is a text file in a keyword=value 
format similar to PDS labels for use by PDS label validation software. It
is also human-readable and searchable in a text editor.
