Purpose:
Change the GRS EEPROM sequence 29B to change the HVPS 2 level to 6 (from 7) 
Expected result:
The GRS EEPROM sequence will be replaced
Why it is needed:
The HVPS 2 level 7 has degraded and flight tests indicate that level 6 on HVPS
