Purpose:
To drop the thermostatic control of the Outer Stage temperature to -93C.
Expected result:
The thermostatic control of the Outer Stage will be dropped by 5C to -83C,
then there will be a six hour delay, then the thermostatic control of the
Outer Stage will be dropped by 5C to -88C, then there will be a six hour
delay, and then the thermostatic control of the Outer Stage will be dropped by

In order to optimize detector resolution and the cooling of the Inner Stage.
