Purpose:
To drop the thermostatic control of the Outer Stage temperature to -98C.
Expected result:
The thermostatic control of the Outer Stage will be dropped by 5C to -83C,
then there will be a five hour delay, then the thermostatic control of the
Outer Stage will be dropped by 5C to -88C, then there will be a five hour
delay, then the thermostatic control of the Outer Stage will be dropped by 5C
to -93C, then there will be a five hour delay, and then the thermostatic
control of the Outer Stage will be dropped by 5C to a final control
Why it is needed:
In order to optimize detector resolution and the cooling of the Inner Stage.
