Purpose:
Change the burst multiplier to 25 (from the default of 36), perform nominal
Expected result:
The burst parameter will change and the number of burst packets may increase
for the 24-hour period. There will be a total of 10 dump packets. The burst
multiplier will be returned to the default value (36) after a 24-hour
Why it is needed:
To see if the burst parameters can be adjusted to avoid missing real bursts
while keeping down the number of false triggers. We may need to lower the
