Release 28. ------------------------- This release nominally covers the dates October 1 to December 31, 2008, but the GRS instrument suite was turned off between June 2008 and November 6, 2008. No GRS AND data were included in the previous release (Release 27, April 1, 2009), and data for this release begin in November 2008. January 1, 2009. Release 26. ---------------------------- No data are available for June 5, 2008, due to a GRS safe mode event. No neutron spectrometer data are available for June 8-30, 2008, and no gamma ray spectrometer or HEND data are available for June 9-30, 2008, due to a GRS instrument reset event. October 1, 2008. Release 25. --------------------------- No errors or changes are reported for this release. July 1, 2008. Release 24. ------------------------- No errors or changes are reported for this release. April 4, 2008. Release 23. -------------------------- No errors or changes are reported for this release. January 1, 2008. April 24, 2007. Release 19. --------------------------- No errors or changes are reported for this release. January 1, 2007. Release 18. ---------------------------- No neutron spectra were acquired between June 19 through June 22, 2006, because the galactic cosmic-ray flux was too high. October 1, 2006. Release 17. ---------------------------- The file references.txt in the document directory has been updated. July 1, 2006. Release 16. ------------------------- The files bad_data_timeline.txt and references.txt in the document directory have been updated. April 3, 2006. Release 15. -------------------------- Neutron spectrometer data collected in between July 13 and October 4, 2005 are suspect due to low voltage on the high voltage power supply. As a consequence DND and AND products were not produced between these dates. A command was sent to the instrument on October 4, 2005 to change high voltage power supplies. The result of this command was an increase in the voltage that allows for more accurate ground data processing of the NS data. January 11, 2006. Release 14. ---------------------------- Between April 3 and April 6, 2005, the Odyssey spacecraft was in safe mode, so GRS data is missing for those dates. Solar events on May 16-17 and June 17-18, 2005, were also responsible for some data gaps. See the file bad_data_timeline.txt in the document directory for details of data gaps. The files bad_data_timeline.txt and references.txt have been added to the document directory, and the file time_conversion_tables.pdf has been updated. October 1, 2005. ---------------- No errors are reported for this release. July 1, 2005. ------------- No errors are reported for this release. April 25, 2005. --------------- The file mission.cat in the catalog directory has been updated to include a discussion of Odyssey Extended Mission 1. April 1, 2005. This release includes revised versions of all previously released AND products, along with new products through June 30, 2004. 2. The document directory contains the following revised files: time_conversion_tables.pdf time_conversion_tables.lbl October 1, 2004. Release 9. --------------------------- No errors are reported for this release. July 10, 2004. Release 8. ------------------------ 1. This is the first Odyssey release in which AND data have been included. This release includes AND data from the beginning of the mission through December 31, 2003.
