Post-launch calibration revealed that both instruments have somewhat greater ellipticity in the transmitted signal than anticipated. Consequently, a formalism has been developed [1] to correct for this deviation from perfect circularity of the transmitted signal. The correction is derived from Stokes parameters and relevant daughter products. Briefly, the degree of polarization and the known axial ratio of the transmitted signal furnishes a degradation of the cross-polarization ratio (CPR). It omits some image files and subdirectories in the Document directory. It shows the files spiceds.cat and spice_inst.cat in the Catalog directory, but these files do not exist. The contents of the Calib directory are shown incorrectly. The contents of the Extras/Quikview subdirectories are shown as having PDS labels, but none are present or required for these subdirectories. The md5 checksum file and its label in the index directory are not shown in the figure or mentioned in the document. This checksum file is provided to ensure that files transferred from this archive are intact. Correction to PDS Labels ------------------------ September 11, 2012. The following 20 data product labels were found to have incorrect values for the keywords DATA_SET_ID, DATA_SET_NAME, MISSION_NAME, INSTRUMENT_HOST_NAME, INSTRUMENT_HOST_ID, INSTRUMENT_NAME, and INSTRUMENT_ID. Corrected labels were supplied by the Mini-RF team. The index table entries for these products were also corrected. The file DSMAP.CAT in the CATALOG directory has been revised to correct errors in the equations for translating between pixel coordinates and latitude-longitude coordinates for the equirectangular and polar stereographic map projections. Note on Invalid Constant ------------------------ The map projected level-2 and mosaic products have areas in the images where there are no data. For the mosaics and some level-2 products, a value of -3.402822655e+38 occurs where there are no data. For most level-2 products, a value of 0.0 is present for areas of no data.
