Each file is a data module which can be read and interpreted using software provided by the PDS Navigation and Ancillary Information Facility (NAIF). That software is described briefly in TK_FTP.TXT, TK_DESCR.TXT, and TK_INSTL.TXT in the DOCUMENT directory. Each line in each SPK, SCLK, and CK file is delimited by an ASCII carriage-return line-feed pair. Users may need to remove one of these before using the file with the NAIF software. For example, most Unix users will need to convert the carriage-return line-feed pair to a single line-feed. After adaptation of the line delimiters for the local operating system, users will normally convert the file from its archival 'transfer' format to the local binary format using the NAIF utility SPACIT. SPK file names are of the form SPKyyddd.TSP. Detached PDS labels have names SPKyyddd.LBL. In each case yyddd represents the 2-digit year and 3-digit day-of-year on which the file starts. For the Clementine experiments yyddd = 94099, 94100, or 94113. CK file names are of the form CKyyddd.TCK. Detached PDS labels have names CKyyddd.LBL. In each case yyddd represents the 2-digit year and 3-digit day-of-year on which the file starts. For the Clementine experiments yyddd = 94099 or 94113. The SCLK file name is DSPSE002.TSC. It covers mission phases from Low Earth Orbit through Earth Phasing Loop B.
