The INDEX directory contains a listing of every data product in this archive 
along with product-related information in the file INDEX.TAB. It is 
described by the PDS label INDEX.LBL.

INDEX.TAB is an ASCII file in the form of a table.  Each row in the table 
contains information about a single data file in this archive. The items in 
the row are in fixed-length columns delimited with commas. Character strings
are enclosed in double quotation marks.

INDEX.LBL is an ASCII file containing a PDS label for INDEX.TAB. The label 
describes the format, placement, and meaning of each column in the table.
