This table provides the derived sampling-rate-adjusted delay time as an offset in
milliseconds for computing the time for each data measurement in each RawData Table record.
Each RawData record contains 12 columns of time stamps (EarthReceivedTime). Each time stamp is
the reference earth-received time for the sequence of four data measurements following it. To
compute the time for a specific data measurement, add the milliseconds time offset, found in
this single-record table TimeOffsets for the data measurement column of interest, to the
earth-received time in the RawData record for the set of four related measurements to which
the one of interest belongs.

This table contains HFE Mode 3 housekeeping (temperature) data extracted from
24-hour ALSEP ARCSAV tapes. Each record contains all 48 data measurements in the following
order for one HFE data cycle while the experiment was operating in Mode 3: DH-50A/B/C/D,
DH-51A/B/C/D, DH-60A/B/C/D, DH-61A/B/C/D DH-56A/B/C/D, DH-57A/B/C/D, DH-70A/B/C/D,
DH-71A/B/C/D, DH-850A/B/C/D, DH-81A/B/C/D, DH-76A/B/C/D, and DH-77A/B/C/D. Each of these 12
sets consists of a reference earth-received time and the four data measurements for one
specific HFE data point, e.g. DH-50A, DH-50B, DH-50C, and DH-50D. The 12 sets in each record
are time-ordered by the earth-received time, and all records are time-ordered by the
earth-received time. Each time column and each data measurement column are followed by a
quality flag.

sign (-) indicates this value is the earth-received time, and it does not have a
suspected read or transmission error.

Data quality flag for measurement numbers DH-76A, DH-76B, DH-76C, and DH-76D,
respectively. This field is set one of two values: An asterisk (*) indicates this
EarthReceivedTime value was generated by computer (due to a problem with the
earth-received time signal) or has a suspected read or transmission error; A negative
sign (-) indicates this value is the earth-received time, and it does not have a
suspected read or transmission error.

Day of year and time (Universal Time, formatted as yyyy-dddThh:mm:ss.sss)
when the first word of the ALSEP frame containing the DH-77A data measurement within this
record was received at a ground tracking and receiving station on earth. Each data
measurement DH-77A, DH-77B, DH-77C, and DH-77D has a time offset (delta t) from this earth
received time (ERT). These timing offsets are contained in the single-record, TimeOffsets
Table.
