The LABEL directory contains the following format files. These format files
describe the binary table objects which store the MLA EDR data.

MLARAW.FMT: Format of MLA Raw Science values, as reported by the
   MESSENGER Mercury Laser Altimeter (MLA).

MLASTA.FMT: Format of MLA instrument engineering data as reported by the
   MESSENGER Mercury Laser Altimeter (MLA) status packets.

MLAHAD.FMT: Format of MLA instrument engineering data as reported by the
   MESSENGER Mercury Laser Altimeter (MLA) hardware diagnostic lite
   packets.
