High-level Description: Chunky, angular palagonitic clast-rich non-layered
"vein" of ash cuts across ash layers, in the northeast wall of Fort Rock Tuff
Ring. Deposit is comprised primarily of tan ash, with light and dark gray to
black lithics interspersed.

Texture
  Grain morphology and appearance: Very angular fine ash with very
angular/angular lithics intermixed.
  Grain size and sorting:  Fine ash (<=0.05 mm) supports lithics 1 mm-1 cm in
diameter.
  Grain fabric:  Random orientation; unimodal.

Sediment structure:  None

Color:  Tan ash with black/grey lithics
