Sub-rounded, grey to brown accretionary lapilli with other glassy, black and white, smoother clasts. Black clasts (~0.4 mm) are angular, while lighter-colored clasts (0.07 mm) are rounded and smooth. Grey-brown grains are sub-round (~2 mm) and indistinct, with many crumbling into their neighbors. There are no distinct layers, and no matrix, save the detritus from crumbly grains. Texture Grain morphology and appearance: Small, sub-rounded, grey-brown grains mixed with glassy black and smooth white grains in a clast-supported matrix. Grain size and sorting: Poorly-sorted clasts 0.07-2 mm diameter. Grain fabric: Random orientation. Sediment structure: None evident. Color: Grey, black, white.
