Pu'u Pua'i proximal scoria deposit, Kilauea Iki. Scoria appear spatter-like
and are weathered and palagonitized. Clast size and vesicularity vary with
distance from the source vent. Larger, more vesicular fragments are present
more proximal to the vent and sorting is less.
