This LABEL directory contains two files:

  LABINFO.TXT:          The file you are reading now
  DLRE_PRP.FMT:         The format file for the DLRE PRP data products
  DLRE_GCP.FMT:         The format file for the DLRE GCP data products
  DLRE_PCP.FMT:         The format file for the DLRE PCP data products

The format files contain a description of each of the columns in the DLRE PRP, 
GCP, and PCP data product file tables. A format file is referenced from the data 
product's label file (*.LBL) under the DATA directory.
