    package (ALSEP 3, Array D) and its experiments: structural/thermal control subsystem, electrical
    power subsystem, command subsystem, telemetry subsystem, Passive Seismic Experiment, Active
    Seismic Experiment, Lunar Surface Magnetometer, and Heat Flow Experiment. This handbook was
    intended for specialized use by Experiment Flight Controllers in real-time and near-real-time
    operations of ALSEP 3. This document, in conjunction with the Apollo 16 ALSEP Array D Flight
    System Familiarization Manual, ALSEP-MT-06, provided the Experiment Flight Controller with a
    thorough knowledge of ALSEP 3. This document is in the public domain.</description>
