      <description>Average S-RCP noise power spectrum from 
 raw data collected during Clementine bistatic radar observations at 
 DSS 43. This spectrum is the average of 5176 power spectra computed 
 using PREPFND followed by FNDLOOK. PREPFND was run with a flat filter, 
 decimation ratio 1, and 1024 point FFTs; FNDLOOK was run with 1024 
 complex point FFTs. The original data were 8-bit samples taken at 
 50000/second. Power spectrum values in the wings that were less than 
 or equal to 0.0010 were set to 0.0010 to minimize instability in the 
 correction (64 points total). This spectrum was calculated by Dick 
 Simpson. 
 The spectrum is 1025 equally spaced points from DC to 25000 Hz. Each 
 row contains the noise power in the first 10 characters 
 and an ASCII carriage-return line-feed pair -- for a total of 
 80 bytes per record.</description>
