 (RCP) and 20.10K (LCP) applied over the time interval 64175-64675 seconds.
 
 Columns give gain at beginning of time interval, rate 
 of change of gain over the interval, start time of interval, end time of 
 interval, and comments. Table has 69 rows (time intervals). Values are 
 ASCII real numbers (delimited by commas) in the first 4 columns and ASCII 
 characters in the fifth column. Rows are delimited by an ASCII 
 carriage-return (ASCII 13) line-feed pair (ASCII 10). Data columns 
 require 94 bytes per row; row delimiters add 2 bytes per row, making a 
 total of 96 bytes per row. 
 
 To calculate gain G at time T, find the row 
 for which T0 &amp;lt;= T &amp;lt; T1 and compute G = G0 + DGDT*(T-T0). Sample 
 value at T should then be multiplied by G.</description>
