INTRODUCTION

The Orbit Data File (ODF)s, also known as TRK-2-18 files, are stored in the
ODF directory on archival volumes. File names are described in
MESSENGER_EDR_SIS. The typical ODF contains about 3 Mbytes.

ODFs in this archive are primarily 10-sec Doppler X-band data, but
there are some ODFs with 1-second integration periods and some with
60-second integration periods. For a description of these files, see the
MESSENGER_EDR_SIS and DSN_TRK_2_18_ODF_SIS documents in the DOCUMENT
directory of this archive volume.

The following files deviate from the naming convention because they are
special ODFs that were collected during the M3 flyby. These are:
