  The Sequence of Events (SOE) file was usually generated at the NASA Jet     
  Propulsion Laboratory to facilitate JPL/DSN support of Mars Express         
  (MEX).  It was derived from materials provided by the MEX Project.          
  In some cases, a special SOE was created by the Stanford University         
  Element (SUE) of the MEX Radio Science Team to support or document          
  radio science activities.                                                   
  The SOE generated by JPL is an ASCII file having variable length fields     
  delimited by semi-colons.  The fields are as follows:                       
    1. line number                                                            
    2. spacecraft identifier (e.g., MEX)                                      
    3. Earth receive data and time in format yy-ddd/hh:mm:ss.fff              
    4. station number                                                         
    5. description of event                                                   
    6. spacecraft event time (field 3 minus one-way light time)               
  The SOEs generated by SUE have no set format; but the information they      
  contain is similar. "
