     This document summarizes operations during the bistatic radar experiment 
     on 21 May 2004 and subsequent analysis of the calibration data on all    
     four receiver channels.  The document is provided in both ASCII text and

     The first part of the document (R4142.ASC, R4142A.DOC) summarizes        
     configurations and signal levels during the experiment. This information 
     is presented in a large table.                                           
                                                                              
     The remaining parts of the document summarize the analysis of noise      
     calibration data collected before, during, and after the experiment.     
     The calibration data were analyzed in the following order: X-RCP, S-RCP, 
     S-LCP, and X-LCP.  Files correspond, in the same order:
