Spacecraft position and boresight vector of the Magellan high-gain antenna    
(HGA) for bistatic radar spotlight target observations beginning at           
15:32:10 SCET on 31 May 1994.  The spacecraft position is in kilometers,      
the HGA boresight vector is also in kilometers to the top of the model Venus  
atmosphere.  The target at (64.288N, 7.265E), the spacecraft, and the DSN     
station are perfectly aligned (backscatter) at 15:32:53.  Light-time and
