      <comment>This file contains a digital,
1 X 1 degree resolution grid of the error in the Geoid of
Venus. This error map was computed by projecting the full
covariance of the SHG120 gravity solution onto the surface of
the planet. The errors range from ~0.1 to 2.3 meters. It is
a 360 x 180 grid from 89.5 to -89.5 degrees latitude, and
240 to 240 degrees longitude, increasing from west to east.

The file contains 180 blocks of 36 records each, with each record
containing 10 values plus an ASCII carriage-return line-feed pair as a
delimiter. The first block contains values at 89.5 latitude; the
first value in the first record is the value at (89.5, -119.5).</comment>
