360 x 180 grid from 89.5 to -89.5 degrees latitude, and 240 to
240 degrees longitude, increasing from west to east. The geoid 
anomalies were calculated from the 120th-degree and -order 
spherical harmonic gravity model, SHG120. The observation is the 
Geoid in meters.

The file contains 180 blocks of 36 records each, with each record 
containing 10 values plus an ASCII carriage-return line-feed pair as a 
delimiter. The first block contains values at 89.5 latitude; the 
first value in the first record is the value at (89.5, -119.5).</comment>
