     L-0200 (USO regulator voltage) remains constant.

     L-0201 (USO oven voltage) continues to drop slowly; median is down another
0.02 volts from the previous 24-hr period.

     T-0315 (USO temperature) is also down again; median is 19.1C compared with
19.4C during the previous 24-hr period.

Closed Loop Data
================

     We have obtained ATDF 96342t002.dat from OSCAR, which apparently
covers USO Tests #2 (for which we have open loop data) and #3 (for which
there was closed loop data only).  But our reader, which was recently
revised to handle the new ATDF formats, is returning an unexpected error.
We are investigating.
