Hello, Len,

I received some numbers from Stan Butman this morning.

On 1/15/97, Pt/No will be 76 dB-Hz for X-band on the HGA.

The usual mod indexes are 60 deg for 2kbps and lower (most of the time),
and 80 deg for 16kbps and higher data rates.  These correspond to a
carrier suppression of 6 dB (Pc/No = 70 dB-Hz) and 15.2 dB (Pc/No =
60.8 dB), respectively.
