We asked that the next revision be delivered by 31 January, a few days (intentionally) before the end of the Galileo solar conjunction experiment, currently in progress. This revision will allow switching to BWG antennas (there might be an exception with DSS-25 that needs further work) as well as expanded memory on the DSP, the level 3 acknowledgement, and other features. The Predict remote ops delivery, that is due in the following delivery around April (just before the MGS GWE). As far as the problematic POCA behaviour seen by JPL RSSG as well as stanford investigators, chances are the corrections in this version will not fix all the problems. The missing POCA time tags (followed by repeated POCA time tag) may be a SPA-R not RSCP problem and an expert in Hal-S language has to be found. After a lenghty discussion of all possible cases of POCA time as well as frequency reporting problems, we agreed to proceed with the delivery due to the other benfits of the version and keep working on the POCA issues for the following (funded) delivery.
