Mail*Link=AE SMTP               WIggle Test #8

Hello, Dick and Joe,

Wiggle Test #8 is complete, and the data have been retransmitted.
This data was taken with the same DSP configuration as Tests 6 and 7.
The data is from station 45 this time.

Data should be good from 14:23:00 to 15:13:00.  This is the time period
that I retransmitted.  The entire period is on the LGA 1-way.  The wiggle
should be around 14:54:00.

There is also some data from 12:43:30 to 13:08:30 which is 1-way with
KaBLE on, and both X-band and KaBLE are referenced to the USO.  (On the
HGA).  It's not much, but it was there, so I collected it.

Please let me know when you have anything.  The spacecraft team likes to
see Radio Science data.
