This was not a full rehearsal. The closed-loop Doppler sample rate was 1/5 instead of 10/1, 2-way predicts were used, and the SOE did not indicate GWE events. The DSP-R configuration was the usual: 200 sps, Filter 1, -150 Hz offset, 8-bit samples. One retranmission of the entire data set was completed. The times to query are 066-17:01:00 to 066-23:02:30. Everything went smoothly. There were no scheduled events on the spacecraft during the pass. I'm more worried about things like the MOC heater suddenly turned on, causing a transient in the power system which is then reflected in the output power from the TWTA. We may be able to see something in Doppler here. But since our S/W for processing two-way data is a lot more primitive than that for one-way, I don't know what our chances are. Dave and Joe have been talking about putting something together for Galileo, since they are getting two-way occultations from satellites now. That may be the key at Stanford, but it won't give us fast results on these GWE tests. Whatever you can do will be of interest. Thanks.
