He reported that the POCA QUAD interfaces failed, and that station personnel were working on the DSP. He believes this is probably the reason we've been having many SPAR initialization failures lately. He later said the station had found a bad QUAD SIA card, and bad POCA. Both were replaced and the DSP seemed to be working OK. Data from occultation 9011i (start time 2001/073-09:02:00) were captured at both DSS 65 and DSS 15.
