The station put DSP1 in the link, but we configured the DSP assuming it was DSP2 (which is used mostly). The attenuation values were set for DSP2, and that's why the signal levels were low. Occultation 10391e (start time 186/04:24:00 DSN:15) contains anomolies in its power spectrum of data samples. The cause of these anomolies is uncertain as of yet.
