She says the cause is not yet known, but that the two RNS (Reliable Network Server) communications systems were switched and playback now proceeds normally. Vincent Hung has solved our RSR_MASTER_QueryServer problem. This has made it impossible for us to query for RSR data using the SOPC. We will resume SOPC queries this evening.
