Data from the next occultation, 13387e (start time 2002/066-03:50:00) had an SNR that was ~2 dB lower than expected in addition to the +/- 0.3 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude. Data collected from DSS 65 occultation 13392i (start time 2002/066- 14:58:00) had a -0.5 dB dip in the free space carrier amplitude over about 1 minute. Data collected from DSS 25 occultation 13395i (start time 2002/066- 20:51:00) through occultation 13397e (start time 2002/23:28:00) all had +/-0.4 dB random (but sharp) fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude.
