Data collected from DSS 15 occultations 13665i and 13666i (start times 2002/088-22:40:00 and 2002/089-00:38:00) had SNR 1 dB lower than expected. Data from DSS 15 occultation 13667i (start time 2002/089-02:36:00) had SNR 2dB lower than expected with rapid +/-0.1dB fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude. In addition, occultation 13667i had a duration of only 10 minutes, unlike all other measurements since beta supplement which normally run for 11 minutes. Data from DSS 15 occultation 13668i (start time 2002/089-04:33:00) had only about 30s of near-normal amplitude (-8dB) carrier signal at the beginning of the measurement before EOT. Data collected from DSS 25 occultation 13674i (start time 2002/089-16:20:00) was mostly noise with the exception of a pulse that occured about 5 minutes into the measurement at normal carrier amplitude (-8dB) but only lasted for about 15 seconds before dropping back to the noise level (-25dB). Data collected from DSS 15 occultation 13678i (start time 2002/090-00:11:00) had a -1.5dB drift in the free-space carrier amplitude. Data collected from DSS 15 occultations 13679i and 13680i (start times 2002/090-02:08:00 and 04:06:00) had SNR about 2dB lower than expected.
