The entire pass from DSS 65, occultations 13966i through 13969i, (start times 2002/113-13:20:00 through 19:13:00) all had SNR levels 1 dB lower than expected. Data collected from DSS 15 occultation 13970i (start time 2002/113-21:11) had sine wave modulation on the carrier, with amplitude about 0.5 dB and period about 6 minutes. Data from DSS 15 occultation 13971i (start time 2002/113-23:09:00) had a -1 dB drop in the noise level about 60 s after ingress.
