The carrier returned to normal levels 3 min before ingress. Data from DSS 65 occultation 14043i (start time 2002/119-20:26:00) had SNR levels 1 dB lower than expected, probably due to approaching EOT. Data collected from DSS 25 occultation 14043i (start time 2002/119-20:26:00) had a -1 dB step in the noise level about 1.5 minutes after ingress. The last measurement in the DSS 25 pass, occultation 14047i (start time 2002/120-04:17:00) had EOT scheduled before ingress, so this measurement did not capture ingress.
