This measurement was not included the initial notification e-mail. Information about other measurements in this pass can be found in report HEA2133A.TXT. Data collected from DSS 45 occultation 14181i (start time 2002/131-03:14:00) had +/-0.2 dB random fluctuation in the carrier amplitude. Data collected from DSS 45 occultation 14206i (start time 2002/133-04:17:00) had SNR levels 5 dB lower than expected. This measurement was one of those expected to be affected by MOC calibration. Data from DSS 45 occultation 14207i (start time 2002/133-06:15:00) had +/- 0.3 dB random fluctuation in the free-space carrier amplitude, with a +1 dB step in the noise level about 90 seconds after ingress. Data collected from DSS 25 occultation 14214i (start time 2002/133-21:57:00) had a -1 dB drop in the noise level about 2 minutes after ingress.
