This was the first measurement of the pass. The last measurement of the DSS 45 pass, occultation 14220i (start time 2002/134-07:46:00) failed to capture ingress due to EOT. All measurements taken at DSS 65, occultation 14223i through 14226i (start times 2002/134-13:39:00 through 19:32:00) had gain levels 2 dB lower than expected although SNR levels remained within normal range. Data collected from DSS 24 occultation 14227i (start time 2002/134-21:30:00) had SNR levels 3 dB lower than expected with +0.5 dB random fluctutations in the carrier amplitude that began about two minutes before ingress and continued through ingress. This was the first measurement of the pass.
