The noise level was normal; so we infer that the signal from the spacecraft or the pointing of the ground antenna was off by about 35 dB, but we are unable to explain the data further. The first two measurements (occultations 14404i and 14405i, start times 2002/149-08:48:00 and 10:46:00) were normal. Data collected from the first measurement at DSS 65 (occultation 14404i, start time 2002/149-08:48:00) had a +1 dB step in the noise level about 140 s after ingress. No occultations were collected on two different antennas.
