Data from occultations 14505i and 14506i (DSS 65, start times 2002/157- 14:59:00 and 16:57:00) have 5 dB lower signal signal strength, 5 dB lower SNR, unstable carrier levels at the +/-0.5 dB level, and unstable noise. Cause for this anomalous behavior is unknown. The occultations immediately before and after appear normal. Data from occultation 14508i (DSS 24, start time 2002/157-20:53:00) have 5 dB lower signal and 5 dB lower SNR expected. These data are also noisy. This was the first occultation of the pass. All data acquired using DSS 63 have (weak) spurs 180 Hz on either side of the carrier.
