Since both Aseel Anabtawi and Sami Asmar are currently on travel, it is not clear when this will be resolved. Elias Barbinis is currently the point of contact at JPL, and he will hopefully update us on the playback situation before the next health report. The first measurement collected from DSS 15, occultation 14517i (start time 2002/158-14:32:00) began about thirteen minutes before the scheduled beginning of the track. The first 5 minutes of this measurement are noise at -21 dB, which gradually ramps up to -19 dB over 30 s, and a noisy free-space carrier with amplitude -5 dB emerges about 60 s before what appears to be ingress. The next two measurements on DSS 15 occultations 14518i and 14519i (start times 2002/158-16:30:00 and 18:28:00) had +/-0.2 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude. Data from DSS 15 occultation 14520i (start time 2002/158-20:25:00) initially gain 2 dB higher than expected, at -2 dB instead of the expected -4 dB. About 30 s into the measurement, there was a -1.5 dB notch in the free-space carrier amplitude over 30 s followed by a long -1 dB dip over about 300 s that ended ~ 30 s before ingress. The following measurement from DSS 15, occultation 14521i (start time 2002/158-22:23:00) had a +1 dB ramp in the free-space carrier amplitude over the entire measurement. The last measurement collected from DSS 15, occultation 14523i (start time 2002/159-02:19:00) had +/-1 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude.
