The third measurement, occultation 14577i (start time 2002/163-12:16:00) had 2 to 3 dB amplitude, 60 second period modulation similar to that described in HEA162A.txt. In addition to the modulation, the carrier gain ramped up from about -5 dB to -2 dB over the measurement. The last measurement, occultation 14578i (start time 2002/163-14:14:00) had similar quasi-periodic +/-0.2 dB flucutations to the second measurement, occultation 14576i.
