  HEA2184A.PS1:  Cumulative closed loop (radio tracking) and open loop        
                 (radio occultation) data collected during the Mars Global    
                 Surveyor mission since the spacecraft arrived at Mars in     
                 early September 1997.  Plateaus in radio occultation data    
                 (for example near days 700 and 1400) occurred because        
                 there were no occultations.  Highest open loop data rates    
                 are at the beginning and end of occultation seasons when     
                 both ingress and egress data can be collected.  Data         
                 rates during Beta Supplement operations are lower because
