The modulation was not present on noise after ingress. It was hard to tell whether the modulation was present when telemetry was ON because that interval was so short; but it may have been present. The modulation had amplitude about 0.5dB peak to peak and a period of about 140 seconds. On occultations 14924i and 14925i (DSS 15, start times 2002/191-21:06:00 and 23:04:00) there was periodic reduction in the free space carrier amplitude. The period was about two minutes and the maximum reduction about 0.5 dB. In the first case, the duration of the reduction was about 40 s, in the second about 10 s. We received late notification for two measurements on 2002/190, occultation 14908i collected from DSS 54 and occultation 14909i collected from DSS 15. These measurements would normally have been included in yesterday's health report, HEA2191A.TXT. Data collected from DSS 54 occultation 14908i had carrier gain and max SNR values about 1 dB lower than expected. Data collected from DSS 15 occultation 14909i MAX SNR values about 1 dB lower than expected. The first four measurements from DSS 65 (occultations 14919i, start time 2002/191-11:18:00 through 17:11:00) all had carrier gain and max SNR values about 2 dB lower than expected with +/-0.3 dB random fluctuation in the free-space carrier amplitude. The last measurement from DSS 65 (occultation 14923i, start time 2002/191- 19:08:00) had carrier gain and max SNR levels about 4 dB lower than expected with up to +/- 1dB random fluctuation in the free-space carrier amplitude. The following occultation was collected on two different antennas: Occultation Start Date/Time DSS #1 DSS #2 ----------- ----------------- ------ ------ 14923i 2002/191-19:08:00 65 15 Closed Loop Data ================ Data Collection --------------- We have obtained the following files from OSCAR: Original File Name Name on SOPC ------------------------------------ ------------ ODF: 02190O191_10S.SJO;1 2190191A.ODF Ancillary Data ============== Data Collection --------------- We have obtained the following files from the FIS: Original File Name Name on SOPC ------------------------------------ ------------ AMD: amdgen.02-192.out 2191191A.AMD DKF: mm195c.05.dkf 2194199E.DKF OPT: optg_m_020711_OD14932-14934_15183_V1 2192213A.OPT SOE: mm195c.05.tsoe 2194199E.SOE SPK: spk_m_020711_OD14932-14934_15183_V1 2192213A.SPK MOLA POD Team Orbit Solutions ============================= Data Collection --------------- We have obtained the following files from GEODESY: Or iginal File Name Name on SOPC ------------------------------------ ------------ GDN: gdn_ql18_203162245_203231030.tsp 2075082A.GDN
