The carrier level also rolled off about 1 dB in the minute preceding ingress. All measurements collected from DSS 54, occultations 14990i through 14993i (start times 2002/197-06:36:00 through 12:29:00), had carrier gain and max SNR levels 1 dB lower than expected. We succesfully captured occultation 14995i (start time 2002/197-16:24:00) from a new station, DSS 26. All measurements collected from DSS 65, occultations 15003i through 15008i (start times 2002/198-08:06:00 through 17:55:00), had carrier gain and SNR levels at least 1 dB lower than expected in addition to +/-0.3 dB random fluctuation in the free-space carrier amplitude. For the last three measurements in the pass, occultations 15006i through 15008i, the carrier gain and SNR levels were up to 2 dB lower than expected. The following occultation was captured at two different antennas: Occultation Start Date/Time DSS #1 DSS #2 ----------- ----------------- ------ ------ 14990i 2002/197-06:36:00 45 54 The following occultations have 1 dB changes in noise power after ingress: Occultation Start Date/Time DSS Change Time after Ingress ----------- ----------------- --- ------ ------------------ 15000i 2002/198-02:13:00 45 -1 dB about 80 seconds 15003i 2002/198-08:06:00 65 +1 dB about 30 seconds Closed Loop Data ================ Data Collection --------------- No new data.
