All measurements collected from DSS 65 occultations 15116i through 15118i (start times 2002/207-13:48:00 through 17:44:00) had +/-0.3 dB random fluctuation in the free-space carrier amplitude. The last measurement in the pass from DSS 65 occultation 15118i (start time 2002/207-17:44:00) had max SNR levels about 1 dB lower than expected. Both measurements collected from DSS 15, occultations 15119i and 15120i (start times 2002/207-19:41:00 through 21:39:00) had +/-0.5 dB random fluctuation in the free-space carrier amplitude. Data collected from DSS 15, occultation 15120i (start time 2002/207-21:39:00) had a 0.5 dB rolloff in the carrier level about 60 seconds right before ingress. All measurements collected from DSS 45, occultations 15121i through 15124i (start times 2002/207-23:37:00 through 2002/208-05:30:00) had +/-0.5 dB random fluctuation in the free-space carrier amplitude. Data collected from DSS 45 occultation 15124i (start time 2002/208-05:30:00) had a 0.5 dB step up in the carrier level that occured about 150 seconds before ingress. All measurements collected from DSS 54 occultations 15125i through 15128i (start times 2002/208-07:28:00 through 13:21:00) had +/-0.5 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude. Both measurements collected from DSS 25 occultations 15130i and 15131i (start times 2002/208-17:16:00 and 19:14:00) had +/-0.3 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude. Data collected from DSS 45 occultation 15134i (start time 2002/209-01:07:00) appeared to have +/-0.5 dB sinusoidal modulation of the carrier amplitude with period of about 90 seconds in addition to more rapid +/-0.5 dB random fluctuation of the free-space carrier amplitude. There was no modulation before telemetry off or in the noise level after ingress. The next measurement from DSS 45, occultation 15135i (start time 2002/209-03:05:00) appeared to have +/-0.3 dB sinusoidal modulation in the carrier level before telemetry turned off and in the noise level for about 30 seconds after ingress. The fluctuation in the carrier amplitude during the measurement was so large (+/- 1.5 dB) that modulation could not be identified. The last measurement from DSS 45, occultation 15136i (start time 2002/209-05:03:00) had +/-0.3 dB random fluctuation of the free-space carrier amplitude. All five measurements from DSS 65 (occultations 15137i through 15141i with start times 2002/209-07:00:00 through 14:51:00) had +/-0.3 dB random fluctuation in the free-space carrier amplitude.
