Measurements from DOY 240 through occultation 15525i from DSS 15 (start time 2002/241-00:12:00) had +/-0.5 dB fluctuations. Occultations 15526i (start time 2002/241-02:10:00) through 15544i (start time 2002/242-13:28:00) had +/-0.3 dB random fluctuations due to solar plasma, and later measurements had only +/-0.2 dB random fluctuations. The first and last measurements collected from DSS 15, occultations 15520i and 15525i (start times 2002/240-14:24:00 and 2002/241-00:12:00, respectively), had SNR levels about 3 dB lower than expected. The last measurement captured in a pass by DSS 65, occultation 15544i (start time 2002/242-13:28:00), had +/-0.2 dB rise in the noise level after ingress. Data collected from DSS 45 occultation 15548i (start time 2002/242- 21:19:00) had +/-0.3 dB variation in the noise level after ingress. The first measurement collected by DSS 45, occultation 15560i (start time 2002/243-20:52:00), had carrier level and SNR as much as 11 dB lower than expected. The measurement began with the carrier level 11 dB lower than expected; it then rose 3 dB over about three minutes after telemetry was turned off. This measurement was also successfully captured at DSS 15 with normal levels.
