However, three of the measurements (occultations 15593i, 15594i, and 15595i) were successfully captured at DSS 25. Two out of five measurements collected at DSS 45 were also lost. Occultation 15597i (start time 2002/21:27:00) was lost due to a scripting error, and occultation 15598i (start time 2002/23:25:00) was lost due to an RSR usage conflict. The last measurement captured by a pass on 2002/248 at DSS 65 (occultation 15619i, start time 16:36:00) had a slight -0.2 dB rolloff in the carrier amplitude level beginning about 60 seconds before ingress. Data collected from DSS 43 occultation 15635i (start time 2002/249- 04:22:00) had a -2 dB notch over about 40 seconds before telemetry turned off. The last attempted measurement from the DSS 43 pass (occultation 15626i, start time 2002/249-06:20:00) had no carrier signal because end of track occurred before the measurement started. However, this measurement was successfully captured at DSS 54. Data collected on 2002/249 at DSS 54 (occultation 15628i, start time 10:16:00) had a -0.7 dB notch in the free-space carrier amplitude over 20 seconds that ended about one minute before ingress. Data collected on 2002/249 at DSS 34 (occultation 15634i, start time 22:02:00) had a small +0.5 dB rise in the carrier amplitude level over 20 s followed by a -2 dB spike over about 3 seconds. This anomaly occurred about two minutes before ingress. The last measurement captured by DSS 34 on the same pass (occultation 15638i, start time 2002/250-05:53:00) had max SNR and carrier levels about 3 dB lower than expected. This measurment was also captured by DSS 54. The last measurement captured by DSS 63 (occultation 15644i, start time 2002/250-17:39:00) had no carrier signal because the start of the measurement occurred after the scheduled end of track. The first measurement collected on 2002/251 by DSS 65 (occultation 15650i, start time 05:25:00) had no carrier signal as the measurement occured before the scheduled beginning of track. Data collected from DSS 65 occultation 15651i (start time 2002/251- 07:23:00) had max SNR and carrier levels about 3 dB lower than expected. The last three measurements collected on 2002/251 at DSS 65 (occultations 15654i through 15656i) had both max SNR and carrier levels much lower than expected. Occultation 15654i (start time 2002/251-13:16:00) had max SNR and carrier levels about 5 dB lower than expected, occultation 15655i (start time 2002/251-15:14:00) had max SNR and carrier levels about 2 dB lower than expected, and occultation 15656i (start time 2002/251-17:11:00) had max SNR and carrier levels about 3 dB lower than expected.
